Purpose. The City of Roseville annually adopts a Fee Schedule which establishes the fees <br /> 79 and charges for service for the City's regulatory functions. The presence of a fee schedule allows <br /> 8o regulatory-type fees to be easily identified in one document,as opposed to being scattered throughout City <br /> 81 Code. In addition, a fee schedule adopted on an annual basis provides the City Council the opportunity to <br /> 8d""? review fees for services in a comprehensive manner. <br /> 83 <br /> 84 SECTION 2. Other Fee References <br /> 85 By enacting this ordinance, all fee amounts previously established and contained herein are hereby <br /> 86 amended as submitted. <br /> 8"7 <br /> 88 SECTION 3. Authority <br /> 89 The authority to enact the fees identified herein is established by City Code. <br /> 90 <br /> 9,1 SECTION 4. Penalty <br /> qd"'? Failure to pay the fees identified herein is subject to penalties and interest as established by City Code. <br /> 93 <br /> 94 SECTION 5. Fee Schedule <br /> 95 The 2012 Fee Schedule is as shown in Exhibit A. <br /> 96 <br /> 97 SECTION 6. Effective Date.
