<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />OCTOBER 27, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, October 27, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Councilmembers Cushman, <br /> <br />Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8040 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ss-w-p-86-44 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted October 13, 1986, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasability of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property abutting Sextant Avenue from Dale Street to 500 <br />feet east by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb <br />and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermains and necessary appurtenan- <br />ces. The City Public Works Director was also directed to include <br />in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and <br />as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or <br />in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary <br />report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by <br />the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on <br />file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed <br />to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is <br />designated as Improvement No. SS-w-p-86-44. <br />
