<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in <br />the City Hall at 2660 Civic. Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br />tenth day of November, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Johnson. <br /> <br />Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Kehr <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />8041 <br /> <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AT LONG LAKE ROAD AND I-35W WEST RAMPS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, investigation has shown that it is necessary for traffic safety <br />purposes to construct a new traffic signal at the intersection of Long Lake <br />Road and I-35W; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, agreement No. 63726M between MnDOT and the City of Roseville has been <br />prepared to establish the responsibilities of construction and maintenance in <br />regard to this traffic signal; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into an agreement <br />with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following <br />purposes, to with: <br /> <br />To provide electrical energy and certain maintenance to the new traffic <br />control signal with street lights and signing on Trunk Highway No. 35W <br />West Ramps on Long Lake Road in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />set forth and contained in Agreement No. 63726M, a copy of which was <br />before the Council. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officers be and hereby are <br />authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of <br />the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Cushman and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present; and the following <br />voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared <br />duly passed and adopted. <br />
