EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE . . . . . . . . Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic. Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the tenth day of November, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Johnson. Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and and the following were absent: None. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8041 TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AT LONG LAKE ROAD AND I-35W WEST RAMPS WHEREAS, investigation has shown that it is necessary for traffic safety purposes to construct a new traffic signal at the intersection of Long Lake Road and I-35W; and WHEREAS, agreement No. 63726M between MnDOT and the City of Roseville has been prepared to establish the responsibilities of construction and maintenance in regard to this traffic signal; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to with: To provide electrical energy and certain maintenance to the new traffic control signal with street lights and signing on Trunk Highway No. 35W West Ramps on Long Lake Road in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 63726M, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Cushman and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
