<br />Be it resolvied by the City Council of the City of Roseville,
<br />Minnesota, a,s, follows:

<br />1.0 it is hereby d,ietermined, to issue general obligation
<br />boinds, for th,ei, purpose olf providi"nig funds for construction of a
<br />ty a,nd culture center, acquisition of park
<br />o

<br />betterment of park land by construction olf trailsr ponding areas,
<br />an,id outdoor recrieliat ion improlvem,ents to the City's park
<br />proper tiles .
<br />2,9 The a,moun,t, proploseid t,oi be borrowed shall not exceed
<br />eight million, �thr'ee h-undred, seventyirmone thousand,, five hundred thirty-
