I understand that it was not. <br />Vi 0 a <br />I Wish to again state my objections to t�hi,s, increase for the following repsons; <br />percientiage of increase is eixorblotant,, <br />,2. It 'is my belief, beised ooh actionsi throughout the state, <br />I <br />that license flelel,is may only reflect the, cost of enforcement and <br />may, not <br />M as a form of taxation. <br />3.
