<br />from attempting thi's was that th�e lot size resulting from splitting off our
<br />*wn backyard, would not be, larige, enou�g�h to give us a, Play area and, also would

<br />Tim and Jod Yungers, woulid be selling thier h�omel,, we contacted them about thr

<br />possibility of bu,ylin�g some, land from them, Since that time I have ente-red intii

<br />a, purchase agreement with them to buy their home and therefore acquire
<br />needed la,n�d for an optimal lot split,
<br />The actual lot split I am proposing is to create, a, third lot from the origina

<br />two by splitting off the northern 80 feet, of' each b o a new, sepa,rat

<br />This new lot would, face east onto Oxford,, I
<br />As soon as possible following the lot spl�it i will re-esell the,, Yunger's home.
<br />Tim and Jody will continue to occupy this homel, until thieir new, house is
