MC ost recently, these delays were at the <br />request of the applicant to allow, t1ime to, clarify these details and, in <br />Particular, to allow clonsideration by the Rice Creek Watershed District, <br />3, With respeict, to building materials, attached is a site plan <br />indicating <br />through the ulse of a heavy dotted line those areas where brick <br />will be <br />used for 1,0iO percent of the exterior wall and where it will be used at <br />30 percent. Basically,, the entire structure at the front of the <br />site will <br />be brick and the end walls on the, storage units will be 30 percent <br />brick, with the remainder being an embossed brick in a pre-cast panel, <br />The applicant will bring samples of these materials for the <br />Planning <br />commission and Council to, view.( <br />4,81 With respect tio the signage, the applicants have siuibmitted an enlarged <br />section of the site plan indicatinig the location of the sign <br />near the <br />north end of the property (oriented to County Road C).
