In, the third phase, Phan ffig, we prepared more detailed plans at a <br />larger scale, includffig many alternative roadway alignments. <br />The one item, not completed at that point,, and still not complete, is the preparation of zoning <br />ordffiance amendments. We have prepared broad outlines of' potential zonm'g districts and <br />cxamples, of detailed language to accom lish, certam* objectives,, but clearly we cannot prepare <br />4 p * 0 <br />langtiage for ordmance amendments until the final, decisions on land use and zoning have been <br />"I <br />made. We will complete this work at the appropriate time at no further cost to the City. <br />
