To be consistent with the existing, land use, we have proposed seven <br />single family lots, approximately 95" x 120', which, back up to these homes. <br />The building exteriors will be a combina-tion, of' brick and cedar. The three <br />story, buildings will be primarily brick except for the deck areas and wing <br />walls where a, cedar accent will be used.
