<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DECEMBER 8, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 8, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8045 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-86-20 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted September 8, 1986, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasability of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property abutting Virginia Avenue from County Road C to <br />County Road C-2 and Iona Lane from Virginia Avenue to Western <br />Avenue by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb <br />and gutter and necessary appurtenances. The City Public Works <br />Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated <br />cost of the proposed improvement and as to ~hether such improve- <br />ment should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have <br />been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby <br />approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the <br />City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general <br />manner set forth in the report is designatej as Improvement No. <br />p-86-20. <br />
