EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA DECEMBER 8, 1986 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 8, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 8049 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-ST-86-35 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted September 22, 1986, the Council h~s directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasability of a proposed improvement including all that property abutting Avon Street between County Road C and Oak crest Avenue, abutting Grotto Street between Rose Place and Oakcrest Avenue, abutting Rose Place between Avon Street and Aladdin and abutting Oakcrest Avenue between Fisk Street and Grotto Avenue by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances. The City Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on fil~ in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. p-ST-86-35.
