<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DECEMBER 8, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 8, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehrj and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8051 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. p-86-37 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted September 27, 1986, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasability of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property abutting Lovell Avenue between Chatsworth <br />Street and Nancy Place and abutting Nancy Place between Grandview <br />Avenue and Lovell Avenue by the installation of bituminous <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. <br />The City Public Works Director was also directed to include in <br />the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as <br />to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report <br />and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the <br />Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on fil~ <br />in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to <br />be made in the general manner set forth in the report is <br />designated as Improvement No. P-86-37. <br />
