NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-86-37 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the twenty-sixth day of January, 1987 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement No. P-86-37 including all that property abutting Lovell Avenue from Chatsworth Street to Nancy Place and Nancy Place from Grandview Avenue to Lovell Avenue by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $117,000.
