<br />ATTACHMENT "A" <br /> <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> <br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 25th day of November, 1996, the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville adopted the following two ordinances: <br /> <br />Ordinance Number 1175 A <br /> <br />Title: An ordinance amending the City Code of the City of Roseville by <br />eliminating certain public hearings before the City Council and providing <br />for uniform procedures for public hearings by adding Chapter 108, and by <br />amending certain sections of Chapters 201, 405, 406, and 703. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1176 <br /> <br />Title: An ordinance amending the City Code of the City of Roseville to provide <br />for uniform procedures for public hearings by amending certain sections of <br />Chapters 1004,1005,1008,1013,1015,1016, AND 1102. <br /> <br />These two ordinances amend the City Code of the City of Roseville by <br />eliminating the requirements of public hearings by the City Council for rezoning <br />applications and similar matters when not inconsistent with other laws or ordinances. <br /> <br />These ordinances provide that the public hearings for such matters will be held <br />by the Planning Commission.
