Mr. Kaufhold has formally <br />I <br />submitted this solution to the C'*tiy,i and the Council has referred this <br />request to the Planniing Commission for con�sidera,tion and action. <br />V The p�roplosed sol,utio�n includes the following ingredients. <br />a) The retention of <br />3 acres of park <br />land including a 40 <br />foot strip <br />along the west <br />side of the site <br />to provide direct <br />access to <br />Counity Road B., <br />One acre will <br />be dedicated by Mr. <br />Kaufhold, <br />one acre will be <br />provided by the <br />School District, and <br />one acre <br />will be purchased <br />by the City. <br />b) 2.,3�5 acres of the development will be reserved and zoned for <br />business development., The west <br />�t line will be n line with the <br />existing bus,iness zone north of County Road B (northwest quadrant <br />-0 <br />of County Road 8 and Lexington Avenue ),.
