<br />'WHEREAS, the County and City will participate in, the cost, maintenance and
<br />operation Io f said traffic control signals with streets lights 1 and EVP System as hereinafter

<br />NOW', THEREFORE, rr IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
<br />lei The County shall, prepare the necessary plans, specifications and proposals

<br />and shall perform the engineering and inspection required to com,plete the 10tems of
<br />worik hereinafter, set forth. Such work as, described immediately above shald constitute
<br />Engioneeiring and Inspection" and shall be so referred to hereinafter.

<br />11 The C,oluntiy shall install or cause the installation, of' traffic cointrol signals
<br />with street lights 'in, accordance with State Aid Project No. 62-650-03 on Harnline
<br />Avenue at, County it C at, its own expense,M
<br />4. The County shall install, or cause the 'installation of an EVP System 'in
<br />accoridance, with said project, at the City's own expense. Estimated cost is $3,615000
<br />which includes $2,8i75.010 of County furnished, materials.
