<br />WHEREAS, Cliff Rossi has served the, City of Roseville with integrity,
<br />fa,irneiss, and devotion to duty duriing hiis, twenty-two years as a member
<br />of 'the Police Department; and

<br />WHEREASI his exemplary, performance and dedication have had a valuable

<br />impact on the effectiveness and morale of' the Police Departments and

<br />If C11'Iff has decided to retire from, the Police Department;
<br />NOW, THEREFOREr BE IT RESOLVED,, that the City Council of the City of
<br />Roseville does, hereby express its sincere appreciation and thanks to
