<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />was duly held on the 8th day of December, 1986, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, <br />Kehr, and Wiski, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8056 <br />CLERICAL/TECHNICAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerical/Technical Employee <br />Classification and Pay Plan be revised to include the following <br />ranges for certain City employees in 1987: <br /> <br />Classification <br /> <br />1987 Monthly <br />Salary Ranges <br /> <br />Clerk/Typist <br />License Clerk <br />Receptionist <br />Utility Billing Clerk <br />Senior License Clerk <br />Engineering Aide <br />Printer <br />Senior Clerk/Typist <br />Police Records Clerk <br />Payroll Specialist <br />Police Records Specialist <br />Utility Billing Specialist <br />Secretary <br />Senior Citizen Coordinator <br />Custodian <br />Accountant <br />Engineering Technician <br />Code Enforcement Officer <br />Fire Marshal <br /> <br />$1,070 - 1,308 <br />1,113 - 1,361 <br />1,135 - 1,388 <br />1,135 - 1,388 <br />1,135 - 1,388 <br />1,181 - 1,444 <br />1,181 - 1,444 <br />1,181 - 1,444 <br />1,229 - 1,502 <br />1,304 - 1,594 <br />1,304 - 1,594 <br />1,357 - 1,659 <br />1,384 - 1,692 <br />1,590 - 1,943 <br />1,712 - 2,093 <br />1,755 - 2,145 <br />2,057 - 2,514 <br />2,316 - 2,830 <br />2,557 - 3,125 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monthly insurance contribution <br />provided to the employees covered under this plan remain at the <br />1986 level. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Johnson and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, <br />Kehr, and Wiski, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
