<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
<br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota
<br />was duly held on the 8th day of December, 1986, at 7:30 p.m.

<br />The following members were present: Matson, Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Kehr, and Wiski, and the following were absent: None.
<br />
<br />Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its
<br />adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION 8056
<br />CLERICAL/TECHNICAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of
<br />Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerical/Technical Employee
<br />Classification and Pay Plan be revised to include the following
<br />ranges for certain City employees in 1987:

<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monthly insurance contribution
<br />provided to the employees covered under this plan remain at the
<br />1986 level.

<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
<br />seconded by Member Johnson and upon a vote being taken thereon,
<br />the following voted in favor thereof: Matson, Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Kehr, and Wiski, and the following voted against the same: None.
<br />
<br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
