EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day of December, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski, and the following were absent: None. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 8057 SUPERVISORY AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the Supervisory and Confidential Employee Classification and Pay Plan be revised to include the following salary ranges of certain City employees in 1987: Classification 1987 Yearly Salary Ranges Clubhouse Supervisor License Supervisor Police Secretary Administrative Secretary Golf Course Superintendent Engineering Supervisor $15,100 - 18,800 16,800 - 21,000 16,800 - 21,000 20,400 - 25,400 24,500 - 30,700 29,700 - 37,100 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monthly insurance contribution provided to the employees covered under this plan remain at the 1986 level. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
