<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />was duly held on the 8th day of December,1986, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members <br />Kehr, and Wiski, <br />None. <br />Member Kehr <br />adoption: <br /> <br />were present: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8058 <br />ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SALARY PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville does hereby adjust and update its Administrative and <br />Management Salary Program by adjusting salary ranges 3.5 percent <br />for 1987. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the benefit package provided to the <br />employees covered under this plan remain unchanged from the 1986 <br />package. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Johnson and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Matson, Johnson, <br />Cushman, Kehr, Wiski , and the following voted against the same: <br />None. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) 55 <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby <br />certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing <br />extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held <br />on the 8th day of December, 1986, with the original thereof on <br />file in my office, and the same is a full, true, and complete <br />transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to increasing <br />the salary range for Management/Administrative employees by 3.5 <br />percent, and providing that the benefit package remain unchanged <br />from the 1986 package. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manag <br />December, 1986. <br /> <br /> <br />is 10th <br /> <br />d~Of <br />, .A.../i.;v <br /> <br /> <br />City Manager <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
