At the November 14, <br />1,1988 City Council meeting, this iten was continued to allow time for <br />I <br />M'ri.1 Biell to formulate, the appropri,ate fiondings of fact. The <br />f indings, as developed by Mr. Bell, are attached. <br />I <br />it should be pointed out, that Dove has been meeti ng extens, i'vely w ith <br />the nelghbors 0 regarding a, potentiia,l compromise, and thus, may <br />riequ,est a review of a modif 'led proposal if a compromise is indeed <br />reached:.
