<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DECEMBER 8, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was dUly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day of <br />December, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Kehr and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 8060 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITIONS <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. p-86-47 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain petitions requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville on Grandview Avenue from Lexington Avenue to <br /> <br />Chatswo~th Avenue and on Chatsworth Avenue between Grandview <br /> <br />Avenue and County Road B-2 by the construction of bituminous <br /> <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, <br /> <br />filed with the Council on October 9 and October 15, 1986 are <br /> <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners <br /> <br />of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> <br />Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
