EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE . * * * * * . * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the eighth day of December, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski, and the following were absent: None. Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8061 MnDOT AGREEMENT NO. 63819 FOR TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND OPTICOM SNELLING AVENUE FROM HIGHWAY 36 TO COMO AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: To install new traffic control signals with street lights, interconnect and signing on Trunk Highway No. 51 (Snelling Avenue) at County State Aid Highway No. 56 (Hoyt Avenue) - Hoyt Avenue, and at County Road No. 114 (Roselawn Avenue); revise the existing temporary traffic control signals, install and remove temporary traffic control signals, and install permanent traffic control signals with street lights, interconnect, emergency vehicle pre-emption and signing on Trunk Highway No. 51 (Snelling Avenue) at County State Aid Highway No. 30 (Larpenteur Avenue), and at County State Aid Highway No. 25 (West County Road B)j remove the existing temporary traffic control signal, install and remove temporary traffic control signals and install a permanent traffic control signal with street lights, interconnect and signing on Trunk Highway No. 51 (Snelling Avenue) at Har Mar Shopping Center entrance; revise the existing traffic control signal with street lights on County State Aid Highway No. 30 (Larpenteur Avenue) at Arona Street, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 63819, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper city officers be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the city all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
