<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DECEMBER 8, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day of <br /> <br />December, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Kehr and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8062 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. p-86-49 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, on Albert Street from Sextant Avenue to Brooks <br /> <br />Avenue by the construction of bituminous paving, concrete curb <br /> <br />and gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on <br /> <br />December 1, 1986, is hereby declared to be signed by the required <br /> <br />percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
