EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA DECEMBER 22, 1986 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 22, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the following were absent: None. Councllmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 8064 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS NO. p-85-20B AND sw-85-20E BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted Augu~t 26, 1986, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property abutting Cleveland Avenue from the Burlington Northern Railway tracks south of County Road C to County Road B-2 by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and necessary appurtenances. The City Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in connec- tion with some other improvements. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as Improvements No. P-85-20B and SW-85-20E.
