EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA DECEMBER 22, 1986 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 22, 1986. at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 8065 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-85-21 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted August 25, 1985. the Council h~s directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement includin~ all that property in the area bounded by 35W on the west, Prior Avenue on the east, County Road B-2 on the south and the Burlington Northern Railroad tracks on the north by the instal13- tion of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances. The City Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether SU~l improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection wit, some other improvement. Toe preliminary report and cost estima:~ have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereoy approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the gener3~ manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement ~o. 3T-85-21.
