<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DECEMBER 22, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 22, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehrj and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8067 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-86-27 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted September 22, 1986, the Council '1 <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminar; <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement includi~: <br />all that property abutting Millwood Street from Old Highway 8 ~ <br />Highcrest Road and abutting Maple Lane from Old Highway 8 to <br />Highcrest Road by the installation of bituminous paving, concr~'. <br />curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. The City Public <br />Works Director was also directed to include in the report the <br />estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether Sj <br />improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection W~. <br />some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estim1' <br />have been submitted and considered by the Council and are here~{ <br />approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of th~ <br />City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the generi. <br />manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. <br />P-86-27. <br />
