<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. p-86-27 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the <br />third day of February, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement <br />No. P-86-27 including all that property abutting Millwood Street from Old <br />Highway 8 to Highcrest Road and Maple Lane from Old Highway 8 to Highcrest Road <br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the <br />office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $98,708.99.
