Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, '1 3 County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 5th day of December, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. '1 34 '1 35 The following members were present: '1 36 , and the following were absent: 13 7 '1 38 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: '1 39 '140 1 41 RESOLUTION 1 4d '1 3 RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO '14 YP ADJUST THE APPROVED TAX LEVY FOR 2012 BONDED DEBT '1 YP 11 '1 46 WHEREAS, the City will be required to make debt service payments on General Improvement Debt in 147 Yr^7 2012; and "Pry„i '1 49 WHEREAS, there are reserve funds sufficient to reduce the levy for General Improvement Issues Series '1 50 2003A, and 2009A, 200913; and 151 15'? WHEREAS,General Improvement Issue Series 23 has been refunded and replaced with series 2004A;and '153 '1 5”YP WHEREAS, General Improvement Issue Series 2008A requires a slightly higher amount. '1 5 5 '1 56 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that 15 7 '158 The Ramsey County Auditor is directed to change the 2012 tax levy for General Improvement Debt by '1 59 ($289,187.20) from that which was originally scheduled upon the issuance of the bonds, which is being '1 60 paid by debt service reserves. 161 16 d"'?
