<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DECEMBER 22, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 22, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehrj and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8068 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-ST-86-28 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted September 22, 1986, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property abutting Glen Hill Road from Hamline Avenue to <br />East Snelling Frontage Road by the installation of bituminous <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and necessary <br />appurtenances. The City Public Works Director was also directed <br />to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed <br />improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. <br />The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted anj <br />considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed ~~ <br />be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The impro- <br />vement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the <br />report is designated as Improvement ~o. P-ST-86-28. <br />
