<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-ST-86-28 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the <br />third day of February, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement <br />No. P-ST-86-28 including all that property abutting Glen Hill Road from Hamline <br />Avenue to East Snelling Frontage Road by the installation of storm sewer, <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. The <br />foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report <br />which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City <br />Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $82,998.43.
