<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-SS-W-86-30 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the <br />third day of February, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement <br />No. P-SS-W-86-30 including all that property abutting Western Avenue from <br />County Road C to South Owasso Boulevard by the installation of bituminous <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer repair, utility services, <br />drainage, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in <br />accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and <br />open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $973,246.89.
