<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DECEMBER 22, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 22, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8071 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-86-31 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted September 22, 1986, the Council ~1 <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a prelimina~Y <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement includi~: <br />all that property abutting Sheldon Street from County Road C-2 . <br />Millwood Avenue by the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. The City <br />Public Works Director was also directed to include in the repor~ <br />the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whethe~ <br />such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connecti <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and <br />are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the <br />office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be mad~ <br />in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as <br />Improvement No. P-86-31. <br />
