<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-86-31 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the <br />third day of February, 1987 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement <br />No. P-86-31 including all that property abutting Sheldon Street from County <br />Road C-2 to Millwood Avenue by the installation of bituminous paVing, concrete <br />curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially <br />in accordance with a preliminary engineering report whicb is now on file and <br />open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $51,975.03.
