<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, County of Ramsey, Minneso- <br />ta was duly held on the 16th day of December 1996 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and <br />Wall, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Maschka <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />9361 <br /> <br />RBSOLUTIœ APPROVDiG TBJI: 1997 AI!iII!iIUAL B1JDGE'l" <br />FOR TBJI: CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Rosevi11e's Proposed. Budget for 1997 in the amount of <br />$32,210,844 be hereby accepted and approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Mastel and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, <br /> <br />Maschka, and Wall, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
