EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA DECEMBER 22, 1986 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 22, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 8073 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. p-86-33 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted December 22, 1986, the Council ha3 directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property aDutting Arona Street from County Road C-2 to Centennial Drive and abutting Centennial Drive from Arona Street to the end of the cul-de-sac by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. The City Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated 80st of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on fil~ in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. P-86-33.
