<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-86-33 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the <br />third day of February, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement <br />No. P-86-33 including all that property abutting Arona Street from County Road <br />C-2 to Centennial Drive and Centennial Drive from Arona Street to end of <br />cul-de-sac by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter <br />and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with <br />a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $80,881.16.
