<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DECEMBER 22, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting af <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 22, 1986, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Matson, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8074 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. p-sT-86-40 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED oy the Council of the City of Roseville as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted September 22, 1986, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement includin~ <br />all that property abutting Wewers Road between County Road C and <br />Rice Street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete <br />curb and gutter, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenance3. <br />The City Public Works Director was also directed to include in <br />the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and a3 <br />to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or i~ <br />connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report <br />and cost estimate nave been submitted and considered by the <br />Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on fil~ <br />in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to <br />be made in the general manner set forth in the report is <br />designated as Improvement No. P-ST-86-40. <br />
