City of Roseville <br />Ethics Commission Meeting Minutes <br />Wednesday, February 9, 2011 <br />L Call to Order <br />Chairperson Melissa Weldon called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />Members Present: <br />Melissa Weldon, LuAnne Pederson, Patrick Schmidt, and Margo Fjelstad <br />Members Absent: <br />David Horsager <br />Others Present: <br />City Manager Bill Malinen and City Attorney Mark Gaughan <br />IL Approve Minutes of August 11, 2010 <br />Pederson moved, Schmidt seconded, approval of the minutes of the August 11, 2010 <br />meeting, as presented. <br />Ayes all. <br />III. Discuss April 14, 2011 Training Session <br />City Manager Malinen advised that there may be a scheduling conflict with the Council <br />chambers for training date. The Commission suggested adjusting the training date as <br />necessary <br />The training session subcommittee of Dave Horsager and LuAnne Pederson has <br />discussed the format of the session, and someone from Commission will be conducting a <br />review of the City Code prior to the speaker. <br />IV. Topics for May 16, 2011 Joint Meeting with the City Council <br />The Commission will review the years work, including: <br />a) Training <br />b) Ethics Tips <br />c) Review of 4/14/11 Training <br />d) Report on Complaints or Advisory Opinions <br />V. Discuss Annual Review of the City Code <br />The Commission asked if there had been any complaints for review — both attorney and <br />City Manager said "no ". <br />
