And,, as indicated above, <br />the staff will process minor variances, shoreline permits, and <br />code enforcement questions,,. <br />The above information. was discusseid with Howard Dahlgren and <br />joh,n, Shardlow on Wednesday, March , 1988,. Also in attendance <br />were Steve North, Craig Waldron,, and Mayor Rog, <br />Dagren indicated that the written changes on Attachment <br />were acceptable except as follows: I <br />A, concern that by reducing the time down to four hours pe <br />d h <br />day would cause a, "squeeze"' on discussing any one plannin <br />11 <br />em, or allow suffent time for review. <br />The curreiint appointment process provides for forty-five minutg <br />(used to be thirty minute) increments. This would be changed <br />9 <br />to inddually determine what the estimated time requirements <br />0 <br />would be for each planning item before an appointment is made <br />5 <br />with Diahlgrien., Some could be handled in ten to fifteen <br />0 <br />minutes; others may requiLre forty�five to six minutes, etc. <br />0 <br />There may be occasions when, addiLt "Iona! time is necessary (at <br />$100.00) per hour. In those situations, Mr. Waldron would <br />need to, authorize such time. <br />
