You will recall the City recently proposed to change <br />the ordin�ancle to allow chemical, storage and distribution as a Special <br />�Us,e Per in the 1-2 District, thus, enabling a proposed relocation of <br />this company., <br />3a Attached is a letter frorn the applicants outlining the nature of the <br />operation and the proposal., <br />4, The City's Building Inspector and Fire, Marshall have been working <br />cliosely with the owners and managers of' the building (Roseville <br />Properties) who propose, to accom,m�odat,e, the chemical company's <br />operations. The, building is relatively new, and is fully supplied with <br />sprinklers. <br />,54., The Building Inspector and the Fire Marshall have been working with <br />the, applicants7 and the lessors of the building rega,rdling the development <br />standards as req�uirie�d' by the building code and life safety code.
