mCTION REQUESTED, <br />PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS: <br />2. This proposal is coupled, with a, <br />tentative delvelopment project by Mark <br />Murlowsky of Belair Bulilders. <br />'That proposal, is to redevelop in its <br />entirety the Jim Trapp property at the northwest corner of County <br />Road, C- and Partridge Road. <br />That property, owned and operated by <br />a <br />M�r., 0' Trapp for many years, is <br />occupied, by Cle,an,co. truck washing <br />service,, truck service stat,ion, <br />a used garbage truck merchant, and <br />various other sma,ller, users in a <br />collection of buildings which have long <br />been an aesthietic, concern to the <br />City. Some of you will recall a point <br />about fourteen years ago when <br />Mr�. Trapp was issued a Special Use <br />Permit, for the gasoline and service facilities expansion to which a <br />number of' conditions were attached. Most of these conditions were <br />-nievier, accompli'sheld and, as a <br />result, the pirlopler�ty has long been <br />siomewhat, of' an eyesore.1 <br />
