<br />Pursuant to due cal,l and notice thereof a regular meet ing of the City
<br />Ciouncill, of the City, of Roseville, County of Ramsey,, Minnesota, was duly
<br />held 'in the City Hall at 26,60 Civic Center Driver Rosevillet Minnesota,
<br />on, Monday, the twenty-fifth day of April,,, 1988,, at 7:30 o'clock pm. f
<br />The following, members were present.:

<br />WHEREAS, the City, Council received a petition from all owners of
<br />the, real property known as Centre Pointe Business Park in the City of
<br />Roseville, re,quesiting-tihat the Council, install watermain and necessary
<br />appurtenancesi at said location and requesting that the entire cost of
<br />said, improvement be, a,s,s,essed against their propertv; and
<br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 11, 1988f
<br />a report has been preiplared by the C ity Public Works D irector with
<br />reference to the improvement, and this report was received by the
<br />a
<br />Council, on, April 1988;
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />ROSEVILLE I MINNESOTA:
<br />1',,l The aforesaid petition is signed by the owner of all property
<br />affected, by said requested improvement in accordance with
<br />M ei
<br />innesiota Statutes, Section, 429.031,, Subd. 3,,

<br />2.. Said, improvement is feasible and 'is hereby ordered as proposed

<br />in the report of the City Public Works Director.
<br />3 The - City Public Works Director is hereby designated as the
<br />engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and
<br />a
<br />specificati'Lons for the making, of such 'improvement,
<br />The motion, for ' the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
<br />seconded by Coluncilmember and upon, roll call vote being taken
<br />t,hereon, the, following voted in favor thereof,:
