EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-second day of December, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: and Wiski, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and the following were absent: None. Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8075 MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AGENCY AGREEMENT WHEREAS, it is desirable to enter into an Agency Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 161.36, Subdivision 1 through 6, Minnesota Statutes, the Commissioner of Transportation be appointed as agent of the City of Roseville to let as its agent, contracts for the construction of local roads and bridges, and the Mayor and the clerk are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to execute and enter into a contract with the Commissioner of Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of such contracts in the form as set forth and contained in "Minnesota Department of Transportation Agency Agreement" a copy of which said agreement was before the Council, assuming on behalf of the City all of the obligations therein contained. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Kehr, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
