<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in <br />the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br />twenty-second day of December, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />and Wiski, <br /> <br />Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8075 <br /> <br />MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AGENCY AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is desirable to enter into an Agency Agreement with the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 161.36, Subdivision 1 <br />through 6, Minnesota Statutes, the Commissioner of Transportation be appointed <br />as agent of the City of Roseville to let as its agent, contracts for the <br />construction of local roads and bridges, and the Mayor and the clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to execute and enter into <br />a contract with the Commissioner of Transportation prescribing the terms and <br />conditions of such contracts in the form as set forth and contained in <br />"Minnesota Department of Transportation Agency Agreement" a copy of which said <br />agreement was before the Council, assuming on behalf of the City all of the <br />obligations therein contained. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Kehr, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, <br />and Wiski, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
