He <br />would like, to purchase, the parcel,, and, has requested an opportunity tis <br />discuss it with the Council, <br />The tax f orfelit parcel was, at one t "line, under the same ownership as <br />the Property curriently owned by Mr. Starr,, just as his three neighbors <br />0 <br />to the west own similar parcels on the south end of their property <br />(siee attached map) , <br />I <br />Attached is • memo friom Doug Strong describing the history, sincAM <br />1985,1 of the property currently owned by Mr. Starr.
