EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE . . . . . * . . Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twelfth day of January, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Johnson 1 Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski, and the following were absent: None. Member Ma tson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8078 SNELLING AVENUE PLAN APPROVAL AND BID AUTHORIZATION WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has prepared: plans, special provisions, and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 125, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 51, within the corporate limits of the City of Roseville, from the So. Corp. limits to T.H. 36; and seeks the approval thereof; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said plans and special provisions for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the City (identified as City Projects 83-06 and 86-16), be and hereby are approved including the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by said construction. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City does hereby agree to require the parking of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway, to be parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on all public streets intersecting said trunk highway. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Kehr, and upon vote being taken thereof, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
