<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in <br />the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br />twelfth day of January, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson 1 Cushman, Kehr, Matson, <br />and Wiski, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Ma tson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8078 <br /> <br />SNELLING AVENUE PLAN APPROVAL AND BID AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has <br />prepared: plans, special provisions, and specifications for the improvement of <br />Trunk Highway No. 125, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 51, within the corporate <br />limits of the City of Roseville, from the So. Corp. limits to T.H. 36; and <br />seeks the approval thereof; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said plans and special provisions for the <br />improvement of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the City <br />(identified as City Projects 83-06 and 86-16), be and hereby are approved <br />including the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to any <br />and all changes in grade occasioned by said construction. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City does hereby agree to require the parking <br />of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of <br />said City, on said Trunk Highway, to be parallel with the curb adjacent to the <br />highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on all public streets <br />intersecting said trunk highway. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Kehr, and upon vote being taken thereof, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, <br />Matson, and Wiski. and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
