<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY O~ ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JANUARY 26, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, January 26, 1987, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Kehr and Johnson; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Councilmember Cushman. <br /> <br />Also present were James ~. Andre, City Manager; Charles <br /> <br />Honchell, City Public Works Director; Douglas Strong, Senior <br /> <br />Engineering Technician; Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell, Converse <br /> <br />and Jensen, City Attorney; and T~omas S. Deans of Knutson, ~lynn, <br /> <br />Hetland & Deans, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved itd adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8081 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />O~ IMPROVEMENT NO. p-86-41 <br />AND PREPARATION O~ PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THERE~OR UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. P-86-41 <br />consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete <br />curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances on all that property <br />abutting Northview Avenue from Maple Lane to South Owasso <br />Boulevard as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost pre- <br />sently estimated at $88,940.34, and substantially in accordance <br />with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which <br />is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and having <br />
