<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- <br />ta was duly held on the 16th day of December, 1996 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Wall, and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Wiski, Goedeke, Hastel, Haschka, and <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9362 <br /> <br />RBSOLUTIOII SUBIIIT'I'DIG TØII: PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />011 REAL ESTATE <br />TO TØII: RAMSEY COUJITY AUDITOR <br />FOR TØII: FISCAL YEAR OF 1997 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville is submitting the following tax levy on <br />real estate within the corporate limits of the City to the County <br />Auditor in compliance with the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> <br />Fund <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />General <br />Recreation <br />Permanent Improvements <br />Park Improvement Program <br />Equipment <br />Infrastructure Replacement Fund <br />Debt Service <br /> <br />3,170,133 <br />897,624 <br />150,000 <br />250,000 <br />146,840 <br />200,000 <br />1,278,361 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />Total <br /> <br />$6,092.958 <br /> <br />---------- <br />---------- <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Maschka and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, <br /> <br />Maschka, and Wall, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
