That the f'inal plans bell subject to, staff approvall <br />That a pledestriolan easement be granted on the easterly ten feet of <br />the property . <br />Motion apprioving/idenying Steve Saunders' request for Special Use Permit <br />and variancle at 20187 Snelling Avenue with the aforementioned conditions <br />if' sol deisired. <br />
