REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE,., 2/,9/ 87 <br />ITEM NO <br />Manager Reviewed: Agenda Sectiorr,-- <br />Item Description., Public hearings for three projects; Grandview Avenue, <br />I <br />Orchard Lane/Lakelv,iew Avenue, and County Road C-2 <br />The city counicil had beIgun a hearing two weeks, ago on Grandview Avenue from <br />Lexington Avenue to Chatsworth Street identified as Project P-86 At that <br />time diue to the unciertiaintiy as to, the desire of the property owners involved, <br />the council, icointinued the hearing to the February, 9, 1987, council meeting. <br />Noticesi were sent to the property, olwneris advising them of this, and that <br />hearing can now be continued. <br />'w <br />The other, projects involved this evening are Lakeview Avenue from Woodhill <br />Drive to County Road, ®' and Orchard Lane from, Lakeview Avenue to Victoria <br />Street identified as Project P-ST-186-122, with the last project being County <br />Road C-2 from Oxford, Street, to Victoria Street identified as Project P-ST-86-34, <br />Involved in these latter projects in addition to the street paving is the storm <br />draJ.nage system to serve this area <br />A suggested format, to follow for these hearings, is as follows: <br />111IJ 13 <br />A.
